The following points will provide you with a summary of our standard business practices and areas in which we believe our Company stands apart from other agencies.

• Standard commission rate is based upon age and monetary quantities of accounts and the quality of information provided. Rates can be lower or higher depending on circumstances.

• Recovery rate higher than national averages.

• Monthly Report by the 10th of the following month, showing all recoveries detailed by debtor and date.

• Recovered monies for the previous month paid to you with monthly report

• The principals of the Company are always accessible.

• Upon request, we will supply complete detail of collection activity with respect to any or all debtors.

• The Company is developing a "pre-collection" service that can be used to increase cash flow and recoveries for a smaller unit commission cost.
